Annual Maintenance
* 1st year annual maintenance fee is included in License Fee above.
Annual maintenance is 15% of total license fee billed annually. The annual maintenance fee covers all upgrades of corrections and enhancements to the software. We typically come out with 2 releases per year for mostly enhancement purposes. This also covers upgrades required because of changes in Microsoft Windows and or Microsoft Office upgrades.

* Free email support for first 3 months.
Support is provide via email for the first 3 months at no charge. This support is to answer all questions about the processing and use of the MRP Plus Software.As an additional support option, we have an Applications Support plan that is a month to month offering of 3 hours phone support plus a $50.00/hour reduction on our standard hourly phone support rate of $175.00/hour. The cost of this plan is $315.00 per month and can be cancelled at any time before the start of a month. Many of our new clients purchase this plan for the first few months after installing MRP Plus, as that is when they have the most need for phone support. For more comprehensive implementation assistance, ask for information about our Assured Start Program. This programs packages 4 days on-site implementation assistance in 3 visits, the instructor led virtual training, 3 months application support and 8 hours for implementation and conversion support, all at a 30% discount over standard rates.

- Phone Support/Training package is $315.00 per month for 3 hours per month. $125/hr above3 hours.

- Standard support at 175.00 per hour, billed on the quarter hour.

Training Programs
Training can be done several different ways. Our most popular is the virtual training. It is an instructor led series that meets via conference call or web meeting, 3 hours a day, 3 days per week, for 3 weeks, and covers all aspects of the MRP Plus software. Additionally we offer on-site training, or classroom training at our facilities in Chicago . Custom Curriculum’s can be set up to fit your environment and training pricing is adjusted accordingly.

- 27 hour Instructor-led Web based training course covering all 23 modules + security setup; $3500.00

- On-Site training $995.00 per Day plus expenses

Add-on Features
MRP Plus is written in Microsoft Access and Visual Basic. The Data tables are open and users can write their own forms, reports, and queries through Access or other third party report writers. Additionally, you can write your own programs, queries, and interfaces to other systems, such as Document Management, and CRM applications, and have them directly accessed from the user menu’s within MRP Plus.
